Howard Stanley Cooper

Howard was born on 7-Feb-1891 in Port Arthur, ONT. Howard's father was David Cooper and his mother was Charlotte Cecilia Kennard. His maternal grandparents were Thomas J Kennard and Margaret Stanley. He was the youngest of eight children. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, David, MIlton, Roy Earl, R, Maude and Margaret.
