R Percy Cooper

R was born in 1889 in Port Arthur, ONT. R's father was David Cooper and his mother was Charlotte Cecilia Kennard. His maternal grandparents were Thomas J Kennard and Margaret Stanley. He was the seventh of eight children. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, David, MIlton, Roy Earl, Howard, Maude and Margaret.
