MIlton John Cooper

MIlton was born in 1884 in Rat Portage, Kenora. MIlton's father was David Cooper and his mother was Charlotte Cecilia Kennard. His maternal grandparents were Thomas J Kennard and Margaret Stanley. He was the fifth of eight children. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, David, Roy Earl, R, Howard, Maude and Margaret.
